1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please, refer to ami-iyok.com for international shipping.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed within the next 2-4 working days.
Please, note that Pre-Order items may take 2-4 weeks to be shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (after shipping)
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (after shipping)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method:
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over £150 (if applicable).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Occasionally, we may need to send your products in more than one box, in which case, you may receive more than one tracking number so you can monitor your deliveries.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at uk@ami-iyok.com with your order number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Courier service disruptions beyond our control
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
