Refund policy

1. Right and term to withdraw.- If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal when 14 calendar days have passed from receipt of the product. Or when 14 calendar days have passed from the date of conclusion of the contract in the case of services purchased online.

2. How to exercise this right.- You can exercise the right of withdrawal in the way that is easiest for you through an unequivocal declaration (for example, using the form attached in the Annex in these Conditions or by sending an email) by notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase to the address uk@ami-iyok.com

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the end of the period indicated in point 7 .1 . Ami Iyök will notify you without delay of receipt of your withdrawal notice.

3. Consequences of withdrawal.- In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments paid by you, including shipping costs, but additional costs resulting from your choice of any delivery method will be excluded (see point 7.6) , without no undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. 

We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise and as long as this does not imply any expense as a result of the reimbursement. However, the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

4. Return process.- You must return or surrender directly or through a messenger / courier products you want to return to the address you indicate via email.

5. Attention and care.- We ask you to be careful with the products while they are in your possession, it is important that you return the item including the original Ami Iyök packaging , the instructions and other documents that, where appropriate, accompany them. The use of the products purchased, beyond the mere opening and, as long as they are not sealed products, may entail the application of the provisions of point 7 .7 and, as the case may be, the impossibility on the part of Ami Iyök to accept the cancellation of the purchase. Therefore, for the return of the merchandise, it is important that you follow the instructions that will be indicated in the mail of acceptance of your return. 

6. Costs.- You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal.

7. Decrease in value.- You will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. That is why the goods must not be opened or tampered with.

The return will not be made if the product does not keep its original packaging or has been used. The full amount will be refunded once the condition of the product has been verified.

8. Such reimbursement Please note that Ami Iyök may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of the return of property, as the condition is met first. 

Your right of withdrawal may be affected in the event that it has been exercised outside the established period, if one or more products that are the object of the order with respect to which the right has been exercised, respectively, have not been returned, among other cases that may arise. .

Therefore, Ami Iyök will inform you if you have the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid in the corresponding cases and after the appropriate checks in accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.- You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract whose object is the supply of any of the following products:

• Personalised items;
• Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
• The brand reserves the right not to make returns whose reason is to benefit from another offer that has occurred on subsequent consecutive days, during periods with offers such as Anniversaries, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.

10. Return regime applicable to the Canary Islands and other territories.- If you wish to exchange or return a product that had been delivered in the Canary Islands, you can do so by contacting us via email uk@ami-iyok.com to provide you with the corresponding information regarding the return or exchange . 

If you have placed an order through this website from a Member State of the European Union other than Spain, the conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal will be of the same application. Likewise, we inform you that we will not be obliged to reimburse you for shipping costs other than those incurred to the original delivery address in Spain or return costs from a destination outside of Spanish territory.
